This drying mat is made of non-toxic, food grade diatomite and is ultra absorbent. I have the Modern white, which blends seamlessly with my white countertops, but I will say that if any liquid of color spills on it, it stains a bit. I will go with the darker grey when it’s time to replace. It rolls up for easy storage.
