Five Minute Gratitude Journal
This gratitude journal goes everywhere I go! I have really loved starting and ending my day with quick prompts to develop a gratitude practice I can stick to. It is clearly divided into a morning and an evening section. The morning prompts are short inspirational quotes, reflections on reason for gratitude, and daily positive affirmation you create for yourself. The evening prompts are a really nice end-of-day self-reflection. I was turned on to this by a friend and have given these are gifts to many.
