City Lips isn’t totally “clean” but it’s free from parabens, sulfates, phthalates, mineral oil, alcohol and uses hyaluronic acid, peptides, and plant oils to make it SUPER hydrating without the stinging. I like to use it with a lip liner for a blended look. I love the look of a natural plumped looking lip!
